these rings are fully handmade! They’re wore wrapped with either 18k gold plated stainless steel or plain stainless steel, and you’re able to choose from a size 4.5 - 12.5 ! 

You can wear your jewelry in the water with no issues, but I recommend removing your ring when working heavily with your hands to prevent the gold plating being removed from the wire underneath! However, if you are choosing silver, you do not have to worry as there is zero coating!
